Green Heart Fair is Brisbane’s biggest sustainable living festival! It’s a free, community event that celebrates and promotes innovative sustainable living in a fun, family-friendly environment.
Exhibitors are invited to join the line up of over 100 leading sustainability organisations, experts, passionate presenters, businesses, community groups, green thumbs, creative artisans and foodies to share knowledge and information on how to live more sustainably.

Important notes:
- All applications are subject to approval. Event Organisers reserve the right to refuse any applications that do not fit with the purpose and guidelines of the event.
- Exhibitor applications are open until 5pm on Friday 10 May. No applications will be accepted after this time.
- By completing the application form, you are agreeing to pay the stall fee. Cancellations received on or before Friday 17 May will receive a 50% refund only. Cancellations received after Friday 17 May will not be eligible for a refund.

We aim to minimise our contribution to landfill and ask that you respect and adopt our aims and values. Our ultimate aim is to have a waste-free event where no rubbish from the event ends up as landfill by maximising recycling and reduction practices.

Who should exhibit at the Green Heart Fair
- Organisations with a sustainability focus
- Businesses that offer services, products or information that will help event attendees to be more sustainable in their day to day lives
- Local acting MP can apply as a Silver or Gold exhibitor if the event is held in their electorate and their stall focuses on supporting the sustainable messaging of the event
We’re not able to accept exhibitors at the Green Heart Fair if they
- Are affiliated with a political organisation or involved in the political process. This includes political parties, non-government organisations, advocacy groups, special interest groups or lobbyists.
- Primarily sell single-use products
- Can not comply with the events’ Sustainability Guidelines
